To be in service to others as they move through life’s many thresholds is what brings me deep peace.
For me, creating art is a form of self-care—an expression of presence and truth. It is much like meditation, like dancing, like walking among trees or resting beside the river. Through art and music, I return to a place of inner stillness.
A personal artistic journey is the unfolding of creativity over time. Forms shift and evolve through curiosity, openness, and a willingness to grow. It is shaped by ideas, sound, study, meditation, training, nature, and lived experience. At times one pauses—gathers, reflects, and allows space for becoming—before continuing along the path.
I have been deeply blessed to meet many remarkable people throughout my life who have inspired my curious journey. Each has come from a different walk of life, yet all share a common thread: a devotion to growth, meaning, and inner peace.
They are family, teachers, artists, authors, colleagues, and friends. In their own unique ways, they have reminded me to listen inward—to trust the quiet voice that says, “listen to your heart, and you will always recognize your path.”
